Oregon Concrete Company stands behind every installation.
The materials used in our installations — including concrete mixes, reinforcement, decorative color, and sealers — are backed by their respective manufacturer warranties covering material defects and, where applicable, color integrity.
Oregon Concrete Company provides a craftsmanship warranty on all installation work. This covers proper site and base preparation, grading and drainage, reinforcement, forming, the pour, control joints, and finish work. Warranty terms are determined on a project-by-project basis depending on scope, site conditions, and finish selections. Specific warranty details are outlined in your project agreement.
Sealing is a maintenance item that requires periodic reapplication (typically every 2–3 years for decorative concrete in the Portland metro climate) and is not covered under the craftsmanship warranty. We offer maintenance and resealing plans to keep your concrete performing and looking its best for years to come.
